VirtualResource – Old Mutual Advanced Compensation Project (August 2021 – March 2022) – Lead Functional Consultant for merit and process process across multiple countries/currencies in Workday.

VirtualResource – Unilever Recruiting Enhancements Project (February 2021 – August 2021) – Lead Functional Consultant for Workday enhancements to the existing Workday recruiting solution.

VirtualResource – Unilever Graduate Careers Recruiting Project (June 2020 – January 2021) – Leading the Early Careers workstream implementing Graduate and Intern Careers Recruitment in Workday.

Sandvik (September 2018 – December 2019) – Providing additional consulting support to the core Workday Team after go-live in June 2018.Providing training to the core HRIS team and the wider HR user community around compensation processes/data.

Workday® Experience prior to the formation of CloudreadyHR:

Alight Solutions [Previously Aon Hewitt] (July 2014 – June 2018)

I joined Aon Hewitt when they were setting up their Workday practice in the UK, their first Workday Consultant hire in the country.  I provided support to organisations implementing Workday, from launch, through discovery, prototyping, testing, and go-live.  This involved helping clients to understand Workday functionality and to gather and interpret requirements into Workday.  I worked with multiple clients from different sectors and varying size/complexity, including:

  • GSK – Lead consultant for Core HCM for a phase 3 implementation of 43 additional countries to an existing production system.
  • ERIKS – Lead consultant for Core HCM, Compensation and Security for a new implementation across 5 countries
  • Nuffield Health – Lead consultant for Core HCM, Compensation and Security
  • Daily Mail Group Trust – Lead consultant for Core HCM, Compensation and Security

McGraw-Hill Companies (March 2010 – July 2014)

Employed by the McGraw-Hill Companies in their EMEA HR Shared Services team, I was the Subject Matter Expert for the region on the Global Workday Implementation Project.  I supported the organisation during discovery, and took the lead for testing and user acceptance within the EMEA region.
